Assistant Research Fellow
Mr. Mbilinyi Apronius is working at the Economic and Social Research Foundation as an Assistant Research Fellow. He holds a Masters of Philosophy (MPhil.) degree in Economics from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma in Poverty Analysis from the Institute of Social Studies (ISS). He has more than 7 years working experience in research and consultancy in Aid management, Development Management, Taxation and Social issues, Policy analysis and Planning.
He has also worked with various research Institutions in Tanzania and internationally. His Working experience includes a total 11 years in various positions in the Research, Banking Industry, Teaching, and in the Public Sector as a senior Economist. He also worked as a researcher and consultant at Daima Associates Ltd and also at Christian Michelsen Institute (CMI) in Bergen, Norway and Botswana Institute for Policy Analysis (BIDPA).
Field of Specialization: Agriculture and Public Sector economics, Trade and Regional integration, Labour Market Analysis, Financial Management and Structural Policy Issues, Aid and Marketing Management, Capacity building and Assessments and Development economics.
